Still in need of donations by Easter Sunday at the VERY latest 4/24/2011:

Small plain clay pots: Need around 150 more
Ballpoint Stick Pens: Need around 150 more
Silk flowers: Need around 200
Color foam paper: Need around 200
Green Plant Tape: Need around 50 rolls
Flower seed packets: We are good
Potting soil: We are good.

June 10 - Girls Night Out - Mandisa Tickets are being purchased by April 17th. If you want to attend, please bring your $$ or check payable to Heidi Kovach for $17.00 a ticket.        7:00am: Packet pick-up and walk-up registration begins
       8:00am: Prayer and race begins (rain or shine)
       $20 early registration fee
       $30 registration fee on day of race
All participants receive a tshirt and medals will be given to the top three finishers in  each age group during the award ceremony after the 5K including door prize and a full scholarship to C3.

Recipe for the Anzac Cookies Per Request:

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Flour

1 Cup of Sugar

1 Cup of Oats

1 Cup of Coconut

4 oz of Melted Butter

2 Tablespoons of Boiling Hot Water

1 Tablespoon of Golden Syrup (Dark Karo)

1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda

Preheat oven at 375 degrees

Mix all ingredients and place a small amount on a cooking sheet about 2 inches apart

Bake for 12 minutes
